Why is US Geothermal the answer?

The interest into EGS grow tremendously during the last three years. US Geothermal Inc keeps investing into new plants, running them as an utility company where there is a fixed income and a sure market that buys their electricity. There is no mistake investing into this company with a sure future that does have many life cycles to live by. There is no exaction of energy or any shortage of supply. We can bank on. The technology is simple and reliable with 24/7 availability. This business model could be the basic model for many other companies that could be build. The basic interests of any company should be creating jobs and producing green energy as a new way for the future. The ticker symbol is HTM on the NY/AMEX stock exchange. Go for it.

“New Coal and Power Plants May Not Be Needed”

“The US may not need to build any new coal or nuclear plants” the chairman of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission said. “We may not need any ever,” said Jon Wellinghoff at the forum of the US Energy Association.
The technology of storing the energy better then we have now, will give us a great advantage. If we will be able to retain the energy that we can create by solar, wind or any other sources, the entire world will be better off. This technology is called smart grid. Right now the storage capacity is only 15 hours. If this technology will develop will meet the US demand for electricity with only the energy that we produce right now. We may need the coal and nuclear energy as a back up from wind energy (the government experts are saying.) If wind does not work, we need the energy we have right now.
Those experts does not take under consideration that there are some other sources of energy that we can rely on, like Geothermal. The “Enhanced Geothermal System” I think will play a significant role on the nation’s wide energy share, once the experts will realize that there are some other energy that can be used besides solar, wind, nuclear and coal. The answer was there since the beginning of the earth. The “heat under our feet” energy can be capture and surfaced with the help of water. The water is in a close circuit and is getting the heat from the hot rocks deep under the surface of the earth. The water is turning into steam because the heat, and then we use that steam to create electricity.
The reliability of this source is great. There are not any ups and downs from the source. The whole world has access to this source. All the nations will benefit from the technology, which is not sophisticated to apply and use. We realize that the grid technology improvement will benefit all the energy technologies up there. The storage of energy plays an important role into energy technology. We have a great responsibility to let the world know that there are some other energy sources that need a better consideration besides the solar, wind, nuclear and coal. Yes, we may not need coal or neither nuclear power plants to build any more, but we have a moral responsibility to shift our nation’s actual energy usage toward a free C02 environment. Go for it.

A Big Oil Company Is Getting Ahead

Chevron one of the biggest Oil Company is using and investing in the Enhanced Geothermal System in Indonesia and Philippines. Is producing enough energy by EGS to power 7 millions homes. Chevron is willing to supply energy to the world, not only with oil, but also with other alternative energy available that is cheap and reliable. “At Chevron, we recognize the world needs all the energy we can develop, in every potential form. With our expertise and advanced technology, we are devising new and enhanced ways to deliver needed forms of energy – from conventional crude oil and natural gas to the emerging sources of the future. That's why we're investing — $22.9 billion in 2008 alone — in a broad portfolio of energy resources.” The world energy demand is increasing dramatically. The population is growing and by 2050 another 25 percent will add to 6 plus billions we have right now in the world. This will drive the energy demand to the roof, plus that we need to replace the coal power plants with renewal energy plants. We have to think in formal of economic and C02 free energy. There are lots of new ideas of new energy technologies that we can explore, but not all of them are meeting the requirements of inexpensive, abounded, reliable and easy to reproduce as EGS. This is using the “heat under our feet” energy (using the hot rock to heat the cold water to steam and create electricity.) Is reliable and easy to grab and is not so sophisticated to be difficult to maintain and duplicate. The whole world has availability to this source. The price is not going to fluctuate because the supply is so great. The abundant resources will not going to be manipulated and price controlled like the oil reserves. The insecurity of the oil supply drove the fluctuations of the price up and down and affected the balance of entire economy. We have choices to make. The eagerness to support a great new technology will give our economy a good, clean brake and will bust it up. Which way are you taking? Think about it.

Plus Points for "Enhanced Geothermal System"

The reserves of fossil fuel that are easy to explore are over the hill now. From now on the fossil fuel will get more expensive everyday. The need for cheap and clean energy is rising up all over the world. The new energy technologies are here to answer to our questions. Which one of those technologies will play a big roll in the future alternative energies? For some experts the answer is clear: "Enhance Geothermal Technology", that is using the most abounded resources of energy. It will always be there for us to grab it, and will never be minimized by the usage. Its using "The heat under our feet" natural heated rocks that are there from the beginning of the world. There are two practical answers for future energy supplies: nuclear reactors and geothermal energy. Many have pointed out toward nuclear energy as being unsafe. It leaves atomic residues that need to have a special storage. It also needs uranium basic material to create the energy needed for electricity. Uranium is expensive material and hard to be extracted. The geothermal energy is totally safe and does not leave any residue and does not need any additional energy to function. Comparing with solar and wind, the geothermal is the cheapest of the two, and it has the opportunity to create electricity 24/7. The solar and wind are alternative energies that are not predictable and depends on sunny and windy days. They can not replace the national wide energy, because it can not be controlled and we can not rely on it. We have no sun during the night therefor electricity can not be produce and the wind is here occasionally. Comparing with all other alternative energy technologies, geothermal is the most promising and abounded energy available. The answer for alternative energy is clear: geothermal energy is the most abounded and chip and safe among the all. The shift from fossil energy to a clean, alternative electricity will not be an essay one. Changing the whole industry and products to use electricity will be a major shift. So this will not be possible without the government help.
